Rate and reservacation:

$3975/week (2012) for 4 people

There is $25/night/person for extra guest

$455 out cleaning fee

This home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

$1000 security deposit is required to hold the reservation.

13.42% Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodation Tax .

• Reservations are offered on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. As a courtesy, we will hold requested dates (if available) for 5 days to parties making their deposit by personal check.

• Remainder of rent is due 60 days prior to arrival.

• Minimum stay of at least 5 nights unless fewer days fits into our calendar.

• Payment by personal check or credit card using PayPal for security deposit and check for full payment.

• If reservation is cancelled in writing 90 days prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be refunded (minus $250 cancellation fee). Deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled inside of 90 days unless unit is re-rented.
